Step behind the scenes and discover the story behind every sip. Behind the Vines is a customized, guided wine tasting designed to immerse you in the heart of Timber Hill Winery. Led by one of our knowledgeable wine guides, guests will be thoughtfully guided through four hand-selected wine samples, each chosen to highlight the diversity and character of our wines. Your tasting is paired with a curated charcuterie cone to perfectly complement the experience.
Following the tasting, guests will enjoy an exclusive educational video that brings the Timber Hill story to life—sharing our history, the passion of our winemaker, and the winemaking process that shapes every bottle. This experience is perfect for those looking to deepen their appreciation for wine while connecting with the people and purpose behind Timber Hill Winery.

Behind the Vines is a guided wine tasting experience featuring four curated wine samples led by a knowledgeable wine guide. Guests then enjoy an educational video highlighting the history of Timber Hill Winery, our winemaker, and the story behind our wines.
Wine and Dine
Enjoy a curated charcuterie cone customized to pair with each wine sample provided by our knowledgeable wine guide.After the experience, guests can enjoy additional tastings, glasses, and bottles in our tasting room or the patio. Enjoy our full food menu!
Up to 18 Guests
Behind the Vines is presented in our Den, located right off our main tasting room. The experience can accommodate groups of 2 to 18 people comfortably.

Our tour and tastings experience lasts approximately 45 minutes.
This experience offers a detailed explanation of each wine in the tasting, a curated food pairing, and an educational video showcasing the history of Timber Hill Winery.
The menu will change seasonally.
The wines are preselected by the experienced guide. You will be offered your choice of dry or sweet wine during the tasting.
We can provide gluten free crackers in the charcuterie pairing.
The experience does require a reservation. You can reserve your spot by clicking “Book your tasting experience”
The minimum number of guests required for the experience is two. The maximum number of guests for each experience is 20.

Our Herd (our wine of the month club) members do receive a discount when booking. Members cost is $20.

Yes! Our tour and tasting experience is located on our main floor.
We encourage all guests to stay and enjoy the Timber Hill atmosphere! Additional tastings, glasses, or bottles can be enjoyed in our tasting room or on the patio. Don’t forget to check out our full food menu as well!
We currently offer this experience on Tuesdays at 3pm and Saturdays at 11am and 2pm.
