Between bold expressional flavor and fun character, there is no doubt Timber Hill Wines have been skillfully nurtured with Wisconsin appeal, so they are perfect and nicely surprising for just about any wine drinker’s palate. With over 20 different wines to choose from, we suggest you leave with a bottle of the award-winning Marquette Red or the extra spicy Jalapeno, but not before a sampling of the Social Sweet Series which includes a variety of sangrias, blushes and specialty wines, one of which makes one of Wisconsin’s favorite cocktails, the Brandy Old Fashioned, smile with bold smoothness.
All of our wines are prepared, bottled, corked and distributed at our family owned and operated winery located in southern Wisconsin.
Red Wines
Antler Shed Red
A bright, ruby red dry wine with an earthy aroma and well-balanced flavors. This wine pairs well with a steak or wild game like venison.
Foch
A dry red wine that is a deep ruby red. This wine pairs with Italian dishes or a grilled steak because of its robust flavor and the hints of mocha and vanilla with a smooth finish.
Petite Pearl
From the heart of Wisconsin this smooth and well rounded red pairs well with pot roast, steak, and hearty dinners. Petite Pearl has a hint of currant and a bold finish to it.
St. Croix
From the heart of Wisconsin, a dry and robust red wine with a smoky aroma and red currant flavor. The soft tannins in the wine create a well-rounded finish.
Marquette
This award-winning wine from the Midwest has made its mark. It has a rich ruby red color with a medium body. The perfect balance of fruit and black pepper and spice.
Reserve Red – SOLD OUT
A wine that evokes excitement from its rich flavor that comes from high spices and tannins. This wine is aged in an oak barrel that gives it distinct characteristics.
Frontenac
A Soft and delightful semi-dry red wine with a beautiful garnet color. This wine has aromas of cherry, blackberry, and plum. The hint of sweetness makes this wine perfect for all.
White Wines
La Crescent
A light, dry white wine with crisp acidity rounded by apricot and tropical fruit aromas. Try with a robust salad or a spicy dish.
