Spring Break at the winery happens just once a year and it’s almost here.
Although the Wisconsin weather may not show it, the time of year is almost here for Spring Break. For those of you who have yet to plan your getaway along the endless blue waters of the Pacific ocean to be wildly entertained by beach parties and delicious cocktails, Timber Hill Winery will be providing you with a fantastic setting for your spring break adventure!
Join us in the tasting room on March 24th from 11am-7pm, as we take you away to Hawaii’s Big Island, Maui, and Oahu. Starting at 11am, beach massage and bodywork sessions will be available for $10 thru 2pm, followed by a delicious slow cooked Hawaiian-style Pork and Chicken meal paired with island potatoes and sweet beans, and a side of fresh fruit for $16 payable at the door at 5pm. We are excited to welcome the live music of Chris Kohn from 2-4pm and Ken Curtis from 5-7pm.
Happy Hour and the Classiest Spring Break Drinking Game
Spring Break Happy Hour will run from 11am-2pm and start back up at 5pm with plenty of aloha-inspired crafted wine cocktails including Hawaiian White Sangria made with Frozen Pineapple and our Social Sweet Series #WineWednesday White. This is the perfect drink to remind you of warmer weather with its fruity, cool, sparkling taste. Wine by the glass and tastings will also be available.
Rock County’s first ever Prosecco Pong tournament will run throughout the day with prizes for the best team shooters. Prosecco Pong, similar to the popular spring break poolside game Beer Pong, is generally played by teams of two in which each team takes turn throwing a small ball into the other team’s cups. Once a ball lands in a cup, the cup is taken away and the opponent then drinks the contents of the cup. For our game, the team that successfully hits all of the opponent’s wine glasses wins the game. Everyone who participates in Prosecco Pong will receive a free tasting to enjoy during a later visit. First place finishers will get a free bottle of wine chosen special by our winemaker.
