Ten years ago, Timber Hill Winery began with Amanda’s vision, determination, and a belief that a winery could be more than a place to enjoy a glass of wine. It could be a place where people gather, celebrate, make memories, and feel at home.
Now, we’re raising a glass to a decade of Timber Hill, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how.
Join us Saturday, October 10th for Timber Hill Winery’s 10th Anniversary Catalina Wine Mixer, an afternoon and evening filled with wine, live music, food, anniversary experiences, helicopter rides, and plenty of ways to celebrate 10 years with us.
General Admission is FREE
You don’t need a ticket to join the anniversary celebration! General admission is free and includes access to the winery, live music, our anniversary photo opportunity, and all the energy of the Catalina Wine Mixer.
Our regular food and drink menu will also be available for purchase throughout the day, along with special anniversary experiences and merchandise.

Taste of Timber Hill | $15
Take a sip through Timber Hill history with our special 10-Year Anniversary Tasting Experience.
You’ll make your way through 10 tasting stops representing 10 years of Timber Hill, with each stop featuring a 1 oz wine pour or cocktail tasting.
Along the way, you’ll receive stamps in a commemorative passport sharing pieces of Amanda’s story and the journey that transformed Timber Hill from a vision into the winery you know today.
Taste of Timber Hill tickets are $15 and will be available in advance or day-of, while availability lasts.
Take the Celebration to New Heights
Yes, there will be helicopter rides!
Get a completely different view of Timber Hill and the surrounding countryside with a helicopter ride during the anniversary celebration.
Helicopter Rides | $30 per person
Four riders per time slot with limited availability. Sign ups will be available in-person, the day of the event only.
VIP Sign-Up Opens | 2 PM
General Sign-Up Opens | 2:30 PM
Helicopter rides are an additional purchase and will be sold on-site the day of the event. We wish we could take everyone along for the ride! Unfortunately, availability is limited, and spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
