Sushi and Wine Pairing

Timber Hill Winery is collaborating with Sandee’s Thai Fusion out of Janesville for a Sushi and Wine Pairing! We will be offering our tastings with recommended wines, or choose your own to pair with the rolls! Sandee’s Thai Fusion will be preparing a sushi appetizer along with 4 different sushi/sushi rolls to try! Each sushi/roll comes with 2 pieces. See the menu below! -Tuna Fried Wonton (Sushi Appetizer) Tuna, Wonton Chips, Truffles Soy, Spicy Mayo, Chive -Salmon Sushi (2 Pieces) -Tokyo Roll (2 Pieces) Salmon, Tuna ,Hamachi, Avocado, Cucumber, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Masago and scallion -Yaguza Roll (2 Pieces) Soft Shell Crab, Albacore, Avoado, Scallion, Masago, Spicy Mayo. Topped with Tuna, Wasabi Mayo and Unagi Sauce -Sandee’s Roll (2 Pieces) Shrimp Tempura, Cream Cheese, Avocado.
