The holidays are coming up quickly and Timber Hill is here to help you keep your stress levels down.
Make a list and check it twice
Writing everything down that you have to do for the holidays can be a great way to make sure you don’t forget anything.
Make lists of:
Presents to get
Dishes to make
Holiday traditions to keep
and anything else that is important to you.
This will help to relieve the stress of “Am I forgetting anything?”
Shop Early
The more you can get done in advance, the less stress you will carry throughout the season.
A lot of stores have their holiday deals already up and running, so you can get the best prices anytime!
Split up your present buying into a few a week. This will help stretch your pocketbook, another de-stressor!
Do some yoga
This will help relax your body and your mind.
Yoga can help you to clear your mind of the stresses of the day and get a great workout at the same time!
You can watch Elise’s Wine & Yoga Classes in the videos on our Facebook page by clicking on the picture of Elise to the left.
Along with making you more nimble for those long shopping trips, ha ha.
Take some time for yourself
Schedule some downtime from all the outside stresses. This may seem hard with all of the responsibilities you have over the Holiday Season, but believe me, it is so necessary.
By carving some time out (even just a half hour) to stop and mentally recharge, you will be able to destress and have a renewed energy to take on all of the Holiday hassles.
